Its scarry to be on the other fence posts looking at what these two will accomplish long term. WorldComs local assets together with MCI's long distances assets in the US will be REACHING about 75% of the business market if their goals are met. I still think the Internet as I have heard is still a "Clean sheet of Paper" ready for strong players to move in and shape the market. If Franklin did capture the attention of WCOM/MCI, and agreements could be reached, it would have enough impact for us all to declare?
