ISIS is a product of Barack Obama and no one else. It was the "JV" team, do you remember?

Obama mishandled the situation and made it what it is today. Without his abject incompetence ISIS would never have become a major headache. It was bigger than a "JV" team, but easily managed at the time. As it would be today if we would just go do it. But he's a chickenshit and it isn't going to happen until it grows even more. And you're still going to be blaming Bush.
