I called the company - the investor relations wouldn't tell me about any letter. She said she is "not aware of any letter" and wanted to see if I would want to talk with Darby. Of course, I wanted to do that. She takes my number and said Darby will call me. Darby has not called me yet. Now, how can you be encouraged with that ?

Don't get me wrong. But if a letter is going out why should the Investor Relations not tell a shareholder of the company.
