Just looked at the Newcare 10-Q: I don't like it! They have less cash then IHNI does, more debt, and bigger losses!!! What the heck is keeping their stock price so high? Their shareholder equity is $.33/share, or less than 1/10 their stock price! Are we bailing out them? None of this is making any sense to me as an IHNI stockholder, other than the $1/share price, which means that I need more information from someone as to why this is a good move. I might try and call Newcare and ask them for an explanation, since noone is home at IHNI.

Man, am I tired of investing in micro-cap stocks! They are too fickle!
