Officials contend Snowden disclosures, use of sophisticated encryption and messaging apps are making terrorists harder to track And that surely is the fly in the ointment opposing Snowden's (and others') argument that openness and transparency are best in everything. Which isn't to say at all that way too much stuff is "classified." Some stuff deserves it, other stuff doesn't. Lol, I know, what a great concept.... Everything depends on the execution of the idea, as usual, and also as usual, fallible mostly dumb pretzel eating humans are the ones who execute it.
