REAL is a good value and I have also been thinking of getting back in. But relative to the rest of the group, it's not as much of a value as it use to be. Most of the others have come down a lot more. You should also check out SFAM. They're sitting on 11 dollars in cash and book value is over 18 now. They made their number this quarter at 49 cents. And at 25 bucks, you can buy the business for only 14. I think they must be a strong takeover target right now. Dennis
