As a man who is familiar with stock promotion, there is good/smart stock promotion and bad/stupid stock promotion. I don't know the individuals behind the GLH promo personally, but I have heard of their aggressiveness and their due diligence is not to the level I would command.

You cannot just go to a CEO and ask him, are you going to do this, or take an investor presentation and take them on their word. You have to look at the industry, their actions with past companies, maybe ask around other people in the industry to see if those guys are a credible threat to do what they say they're going to do.

I haven't done a large amount of DD on GLH, but I am not too impressed for what you are paying for in a market cap of $50 million. Those pot plays are super frothy right now based on expectations through the roof. Those expectations need to come way down.
