If Zenith is put in play, all hell could break loose. Posible suitor is Sunbeam (SOC) with a market capitalization of $3.6 billion and seeking to be a global leader in the CE industry. We just could get Al coming from the back door not the front! All it'll take is one corporation announcing a bid for ZE. Then, the Americast group could enter the picture with a higher bid, etc, etc..
