Because lots of women have said they were coerced. Because we have abortion clinic personnel on tape telling young women to lie about their abusers identities.

You obviously don't respect women enough to insist clinics take steps to make sure they aren't being coerced. And you don't care enough about the abuse of women to make the clinics obey abuse reporting laws.
