Mark The merger seems to have been delayed due to the low share price of Socket. According to the company itself the merger can go through when the share price is close to $1. The same source at Socket claims the shareprice is under pressure as it is end of the year and people want to realize their losses. What I have heard the company will make a number of product releases in mid january along with Microsofts release of their CE based PalmPilot lookalike. What have you heard an what is your opinion of the company?? Let us keep the Socket thread alive. Merry X-mas Best regards, Martin
