CLARIFICATION REGARDING POST 2113: CRIMINAL CONVICTION As I reread my earlier postings I find that I failed to include one item which I believe should have been included in that post. The probationary period to which Mr. Burditt was sentenced was terminated on May 2, 1996. This was actually earlier than the scheduled period and I assume it was terminated because Mr. Burditt had completed all obligations under the sentence including the payment of restitution to the Waymans. In the interest of fairness and full truth I wanted to clarity that matter so no one would have the impression that Mr. Burditt is still on probation. He is not and has not been since May 2, 1996.
