Starting a new company is a bitch. I can tell you I have done it 3 times in the past and 2 of them are a big success. Problems arise that you can't possibly anticipate and when they do come up you deal with them. RMHB is a company loaded with talent management and are doing a great job of making the company grow. Its a tough job and requires more then 8 hours a day dedication. Their blood and sweat will benefit the shareholders in the form of increased share price. Stick with them and enjoy the future profit.
