You're right, and especially if they're really terrorists they'll spread out rapidly once they have their assignments... it's nothing short of pure insanity, but we have to remember that the maggot in the White House is working for the terrorists and against America... and he's also releasing more gitmo inmates this week, he's doing everything he can to provide material support to the enemy...
