Yes.............millionaire neighbor next door. We have some driveway work to do, but other than that we dodged a bullet. Lost very little riverbank. Tim, (neighbor) otoh lost a lot of land and his deck is almost hanging over the river. He has two choices................install bulkhead, or move house back. Personally I'd go for both. Move the house and raise it several feet, AND build the bulkhead. Most people up here would rather ask for forgiveness than permission, and I think he feels the same? He remodeled his place after he bot it in '06 without permits. Not sure if he was confronted by the county about that?
