10-Q certainly didn't show anything to distinguish the company. So it is interesting that stock price is so high. Must be a reason. I'll be interested in the analyst's report. Maybe they are strategically building something here, and getting the valuation off of that.

Iatros has disappointed me so many times, and mgt. has held their cards so close to the vest, nothing fazes me anymore!On the bright side, it's like having 3 times as much Iatros. The more assets the better, to enforce economies of scale. Newcare is mostly in Georgia and Florida, however, so it's not an obvious geographic match. And Newcare didn't buy Iatros for a bargain price, either.
Aw heck, buy a few hospitals and assisted living facilities in the Carolinas and run the table on the east coast!
