You have more of a chance of being killed by a gunman in the US than an Islamic terrorist.

We have to win the war with strategy, not just costly ill-advised fire-ready-aim political and military battles and bloodlust like our enemies.

At the root of much Islamophobia (vs. legitimate war against specific terrorist Muslim movements) is a religious bias. The only way to get to heaven is through Jesus Christ. Your life is less valuable than mine.

There have been plenty of recent genocidal Christian extremists in Europe and the US (Serb ethnic cleansing, Oklahoma City and other bombings, the KKK etc.)

We can beat ISIS, but it needs to be through hearts as well as smart military activity. Our high tech weapons systems and tactics have been neutralized by homemade bombs and dollar store weapons.

The current reaction is what ISIS wanted from us; to let them manipulate the U.S. into appearing to young Muslims like a virtual Christian theocracy vs. their (the terrorists) vision of Islamic theocracy.

They attacked our MODERN VALUES by manipulating the cowards on the right in the Congress, and the weak--character chickenhawks running for President.
