These guys are pathetic. Revenues are down, costs are up, bookings are low and they now have guaranteed that they won't meet the perfromance they had in 1996 even though the industry continues to grow. These guys are losing share, can't control their spending, continue to add layers of management and haven't introduced a significant new product that has a hope of capturing a significant share of new fab production in the last three years. They need someone to come in, jetison the bloated management and sell off the divisions or spin them out into three companies. Just remember that these guys repriced their options at $10+ last year, so they are all still above water. Sorry to vent, but these guys are disgusting.
