What are the new jobs that will be created that AI robots won't be able to do and humans must do?

there will come a point at which there are no jobs that humans must do. but they will still work, for reasons HerbVic gave you in his answer to you. essentially, it's no work, no food. we must participate in life or we won't survive.

as for what those future jobs may be, no one can predict. they will be jobs we can't imagine now. in the past, no one could predict the new jobs we'd have in the future either. i could make a few guesses, but that would be pointless.

Will AI robots eventually jump the shark and be able to think for themselves?

will robots ever think for themselves? no one can yet define consciousness, so the question is unanswerable.

the thing to fear isn't the robots, but ourselves. fear the robots that humans program to kill. they will become the danger, not robots on their own. i suspect that even those robots will be built with sufficient safeguards, but one never knows..
