When Reagan was shot in 1982 most of the workers in the country weren't that upset about it because Reagan had CRUSHED the economy and the job market with punitive interest rates. That was the FED, chaired by Paul Volcker. Appointed by Carter. He's a great American. Especially on the military. You know how many STUPID things the military throws away money on? He ended the cold war. The World is a much better place for it. Your post seems to indicate you are reading revisionist history or are too young to remember.
