I don't see the difference between trading and investing, I think
in both instances we are trying to maximize our gains, and minimize
our losses. Of course, so is gamblers.

I think most folks in the stock market agree that trading is shorter term than investing. So, although the long term goal is the same - making money, how you get there is altogether different.
