MK--I was surprised that the market held up as well as it did over the past two days

Now all we need is a drastic sell-off in Asia and with the thin trading that we will have over the next couple of days, we could see the market decline sharply.

But look at it this way -- we'll have a some great values to look at as some quality stocks decline.

On the NAZ, with MSFT breaking down--we could see some pretty sharp declines especially if INTC starts heading down, which I fully expect.
