For those who say Obama isn't doing anything are just being stupid)" per Obama's rules on engagement we had to drop fliers 4 hours earlier saying we were gonna bomb the trucks go get away. so some of the trucks left and all the drivers. have you wonder why we send out 20-40- sorties a day and just one or two planes drop their bombs. because of Obama's rules of engagemnet. If there are women or children around no bombs can be dropped. so in a caravan of trucks ISIS has some kids in the back of a pick up in the middle of the caravan and we don't bomb them. bad guy in a house, put kids in the yard no bombing. ISIS knows this. nice waste of carbon and money for us
