Greetings,

First heard of GIFS about 10 days ago, but waited until today to check into it. My loss! Did phone the company and request an investors DD package, which, I was told will include a balance sheet and 1st Q financial update. Will post details when I receive it.

IR person said:

1. Phones been ringing off the hook! (believable)
2. The company has repurchased ZERO shares as of today.
That leaves them 400k to go if they max out.
3. The 18 million restricted shares will stay that way for at least one more year. Will confirm this when I get info from company.

Looks like a no-brainer, with plenty of steam left in the run.
