Sonki, My broker says this appears like Cisco purchased Netsys for stock. Now these shares either already existed (company held - treasury shares) or were issued to buy Netsys. This would only dilute the stock if they paid to much for Netsys. With this "registration" of the shares they (netsys) will now be allowed to sell them. Hope this helps. Take Care Ann P.S.
