Good points, some major complaining why oil convoys were'nt hit sooner, a very good question. This revolving round asking further where is our core military minds/joint chiefs in missing this, will research more, who's running that show . We saw such a horrible mistake bombing that hospital in Afghanistan, where he have intelligence,a presence with boots on the ground & still gone terribly awry. I still want some general's head for that, where are the generals & perhaps you're right Obama has alienated them to such an extent, but any analysis of this chaos needs less partisan politicing, this goes back to initiating regime change in Iraq with only a wing & prayer of understanding what we were doing then.

Congress can do much more, but eveyone from former CIA directors don't expect much there, that gridlock as impossible situation to understand as ISIL.
