Response to your questions:
1. Yes, the Company is on the up-and-up.
2. Who are the big sellers. That is the $64,000 question.
We can not answer who the major seller(s) are and have been overhanging this market. We have seen some individuals who are pro-Oilex flipping. Let us explain with the following example.
Person 1 bought 100,000 shares at .10. The stock drooped 60% and more.
Person 1 sells, books $6,000 loss, and wife, son, brother-in-law, business partner, buys 100,000 shares at .04. Great tax benefit and position still in place.
This does not explain WHO has been bombing the stock, but hopefully this will give all some insight into the activities of the market and an explanation of the very large blocks that have been trading.
In our opinion, what is taking place in ALL markets today, including the 127.54 sell off in the DOW will be ridden out by the patience investor. It is also our opinion that we will all see how high Oilex flies in 1998. We fully understand " Watching and Waiting."
