I would do what the libs beloved indians would do. while they are alive scalp their heads, under arms and pubic area. then start a fire while the coals are getting hot cut off a finger, ear, tongue keep moving it around to keep your victim guessing, remember the game plan is to keep your victim alive.

now that the coals are hot, slit your victim with a knife from breast bone to crotch, not to deep now don't want him to bleed to death, just enough to open him up and expose all the internal organs and guts. Now take your hot coals and put them into the opened up body cavity. Finish it all off by cutting off his dick and balls and stuffing them into his mouth, remember to make room you might have to cut his tongue out. ah injun fun.
