| | | Just curious, maybe you can help me out on this... if everyone has the same genetic makeup, then how come the African countries are still third world, run down, lack the high tech we have, lack superior medical sciences, are severely economically depressed, and so on... how come only in those regions but not in Europe, the U.S., Canada, and Australia and New Zealand, and China... in other words, the rest of the world seems to show advanced intelligence and rapid adaptation, but none of the African countries... how come??? TIA
