Yes I have an opinion on SCOP. Short it. Even though it was down $1.125 today, you can still make money on it. At over $12, it was a beauty of a short. Overbought on stochastics and on a severe and long downtrend. Load up the dumptruck with borrowed shares and dump them on the market. If you are interested in trying to pick a bottom, my advice is don't. Instead, wait for the trend to turn up and buy on the first dip. Doing anything else is taking on too much risk.
