MT - I think you missed one in there. I believe it was George E. who said he had 3000 which expired. So my number is 36,710.

Here is my perspective on unexpired warrants based on some facts. I think one of the most critical aspects of the warrant call has to do with meeting NASDAQ's Net Tangible Asset (NTA) criterion for NMS listing. I'm not sure which of the 3 options for Initial Listing BNGO is shooting for but if it is Option 2, this requires $18 Million NTA. In order for BNGO to fail to meet this criterion there would need to be about 1,400,000 warrants expire worthless or, expressed a different way, only 58% converted. I would be absolutely floored to see anywhere near that number expire worthless.
