sonki: CSCO public offering of shares It appears this is a vehicle for those shareholders of Netsys who are holding the CSCO shares as a result of Netsys merger with CSCO to sell CSCO shares to public. I guess this should not cause any dilution of CSCO stock. IMHO rgds ANANT
