You open minded types must be afflicted with ADD for you comments would indicate that you haven't been able to read the entire response to DOJ. Because MSFT won't capitulate to DOJ in this witch hunt you feel they are flaunting the court. On the contrary as MSFT points out, it is DOJ that makes a mockery of the courts.
