Dear New Feature Discussion participants,

We've further integrated our experimental and well used [ tweet ] tag into the site. You will now see a new Twitter embed button in the SI message editor while composing messages, and it works with our editor's html preview, making this feature easier for everyone to use.

To embed a Tweet in a post, while composing a message just click on the Twitter bird on the tool bar and paste the Twitter status URL in the input box that appears. The Tweet will then appear in the message you are composing.

P.S. If you are unsure of how to get the Twitter status URL of a tweet you see on another site, that you'd like to post here on SI: Just click on the date/time stamp in that Tweet. You'll be navigated to the Twitter status page displaying just that Tweet, and the Twitter status URL is the address that appears in your web browser's address bar.
