Didn't say that. Read my words closely. Bankruptcy laws and courts do much good for people. Especially individuals and small business.

Sometimes not so good... for shareholders and creditors - my BTW lifetime republican conservative brother lost his own business into bankruptcy (knocked out of business) due to a strategic bankruptcy (still in business) of his biggest customer. My Uncle, a primary MD, lost his entire practice due to the bankruptcy of a big HMO in the 1989, who paid General Practitioners too little as it was, for doing quality work for patients while the HMO insiders got rich. Business????

Regardless, STRATEGIC bankruptcy, even conferring competitive advantage by such, is an abomination of free market or mixed/regulated capitalism.
