Marcos-- I spend and have spent a lot of time Mexico and other S. American countries, and this year, the first since 1994, there are many, many Federal troops on patrol. I did not expect another butchering of the people of Chiapas.
The fact that they were gunned down at prayer is telling.
It will only escalate bad feelings thruout Mexico.
It also is not a govt. confidence builder.
I have never seen a baseball game south of the border, only "futbol."
