In my opinion, we won't see a trend reversal until after the 1st of the year. The market trend for these lower priced stocks is down. MM's will keep the price low in order to minimize the payout to the tax loss sellers. After the 1st, they will then sell 'em back to us at higher prices. It is a good time to buy if you have the resources. Any buying in here kinda goes against their strategy at this time of year.
