Expect basing/technical buying around 17 quickly pushing to 25-27. UST Securities technical downgrade of Cube on Nov. 26 had an initial downside target of 21 with almost assured second target of 17 which has been achieved. Confirmed that basing and technical buying now expected to push stock to 25-27 range very near term (likely right at lst of year) associated with fundamental news and catch-up of small and mid-size stocks which are technically extremely oversold. Advised that technically extremely important to note decline from 34 has been on unusually moderate to light volume. I note the ligtht volume today. Ron.
