This TLT "FDA Approval" NR, it would seem the 2000 is less comprehensively approved than you might think, based on a few SH posts by the nay-sayers that seem to be somewhat pertinent:
  • See the wording " “Adjunctive Use in the Temporary Relief of Pain Associated with Knee Disorders” "
  • "The FDA does not “approve” 510(k) submissions. It “clears” them. It is not legal to advertise a 510(k) cleared device as “FDA-approved.”"

So saying "FDA Grants Approval " may not be legally correct. RW doing some embellishing?
And the actual use scope is restricted to knees, and as an adjunct for pain relief, it would seem?
Or anyone feeling more hopeful?

Still, better than nothing!
