Thomas, I saw that post on iHub. I think traders are getting into the stock now because they can sense a settlement is near. I don't know enough about the legal system to know if the settlement will happen soon or not but I bought on the way down at these prices already and will stand pat with my position right now. I have been fooled before only to have this case drag on for another year or two. Neal
