unless a third party will bid higher I don't see higher price from mellanox but I see much lower price for ezch if the merger will not be approved. I read all the exuberant stuff on the GG board dreaming about much higher price but no one is asking a simple question , if it is a steal price where are intc cavm avgo etc.
