Hello KRY'ers!!! Long Kry (still), but developments on both this and the SH thread are a disturbing reminder of the old NPA (Northrich Pacific) thread.

Anyone who has any disagreement is immediately tarred and feathered by (supposedly heavy longs) as either a shorter or (gasp!) working for PDG!!!!

What rubbish! Most regular posters on the SH forum have never been involved with junior mining shares before and thus are quick to dismiss naysayers as the above.

Perhaps a feware, and perhaps their cautionary notes should be payed more attention. After all we have won previously in he SCJ and so why this delay? Isn't the Court interested in a quick affirmation of their prior decisions? Normally, you would expect this to be the case, but here nothing is as it appears.

Quite obviously the political powers are fighting a massive behind the scenes battle over these properties! Why else the postponement until the new year? We were to have the decision in late September, then November, then before Christmas (1997 that is!). Where are we now? The same as before!

KRY has added some powerful allies to its team, but at what price to us paying shareholders!? No one likes to talk about what compensation Paris and his family will receive.........at our expense of course! And mark my word, it will cost us dearly.

This delay will see us receive (if and when we win) decidedly lessthan before. It will cost us.

A buyout of C$30-C$35 was probable before, now C$20-C$23 is more likely.

The procrastination of the Court plus the POG have cost us, plus the payoffs as yet not public.

Sorry for the long post, but I call it as I see it.

Long KRY.

But why is this decision always ma¤ana!??????
