*...The (R) geezers here all vote for a party that wants to end SS and Medicare, yet they are all ON those programs...* Ain't that the truth! And in their greedy senile old minds they justify it by saying those government handouts aren't really entitlements....because they worked for it all their lives! Paid in and therefore it's THEIR money. Some of those god fearing christian bigots even pig out on free meds they get from Medicare...said they paid for it unlike those filthy foreigners. They do anything to rationalize welfare payments for old folks. Cut the government, but don't mess with Social Security or Medicare.
