Cash burn is not just because of increased R&D, read the income statement again - revenues have dropped and also other costs have gone up. R&D only accounted for some of it.

Like I said investors are not pushing the price up because of the following:

1. They think there still is risk for the deal to not go thru
2. Company might not use the cash from the sale in a manner that shareholders will approve. What if they take that 15 million and buy an asset that is losing money as well or buy something they think is profitable but then lose a major customer?

I myself would be more happier if the company did not make that deal as what they are selling is their main asset.... Anyways my 2 cents and my last post on this topic.
