...good summary, and really a snapshot of how things currently stand, more or less
water, or rather lack of it, will be the most dominant artifact impacting how long these arid regions will be able to support the populations they have attracted
..and given what we now understand about weather patterns, there is no estimate of relief for the drought conditions that have existed for several years
..and given the political realities in the US, no serious credence can be given to major infrastructure projects to distribute water..ain't gonna happen as long as the folks who won't even fix the bridges are in charge
..so any potential developer of VD must take it with the rather formidible uncertainty regarding the availability of resources necessary to support operations, in addition to the uncertainties associated with the value of copper itself going forward
..sorry I don't see any knowledgeable operators making a serious run at this property any time in the foreseeable future
I guess it's kinda funny how our management was able to find this gem just laying on the ground for next to nothing
..as though every significant minerals company on Earth wasn't aware of such a property in the middle of one of the most significant copper producing regions on the planet..
So the stupid Canadian, who knows water is everywhere, self nominates to be the greater fool, and now has wasted even more of our investment dollars to put lipstick on the pig, and look for the next even greater fool..
..good luck with that |
