Well, John, just where do Noble Bill and Microsoft fit in with what the framers had in mind? Are Microsoft's lawyers the final authority on what the Constitition means, as well as what the Sherman act means? Or is that the role of a certain novelist-cum-philosopher, creator of a fictional character many think Bill embodies?
