Dear All Masuda is presumably hired by Cal Reed 9 months after he became CEO. I can see a new CEO either bringing in a crony or someone he has more faith in to get the job done. Tough break if you lose your job over politics at 48 just as things are going to take off. BTW In reading the last proxy it says that a optionee has three months after termination to exercise or the options will terminate. They then list some exceptions like being a consultant. This should mean that Cal and Bill slould be exercising their rights soon. Lets hope they decide to keep some shares; that would be bullish John
