Not a recipe, but- I got sucked in by an infomercial. I flipped on the tv and saw an infomercial about the Power XL pressure cooker. I have toyed with the idea,of getting a pressure cooker and the infomercial sucked me in. Last Monday, I happened to be in Target and they had the 6 quart version of the XL for $99.99, a typical price, EXCEPT they had a coupon for 20% off kitchen appliances that day. I texted the Target number and got the coupon back immediately. Not a bad deal. I have yet to use the cooker for meat, but I cooked potatoes for mashed potatoes, and sweet potatoes on Thanksgiving. About 6 minutes each. I'm pretty impressed with the cooker, and am looking forward to trying it out with meat.
