I'll give them the benefit of a doubt and assume that they tried until the last minute to pull it off, but, for whatever reason, were not able to make the time frame. Being in their shoes, what do you do? Announce that the deal is off and then just leave people hanging? Or do you try to work out something else to at least soften the blow-which they did? Problem is, when was that *last minute* that they knew it wasn't going to work in December? I don't think we'll ever know, and to be honest, while it's too bad we couldn't have had the tourney last week, look at who they have signed since? No, I guess I'm not bothered. If it gets postponed again, then ask me that question.....<G> Theo
