Hello! Cheryl, Thanks for advising of the EMPE news release! It looks like they are making several strategic and positive moves that will enhance the future growth for the company! In my limited experiences in following Oil and Gas Exploration investment opportunities, there are two distinctive factors that seem to be quite constant with the companies that appear to provide a growing return on shareholder investment! In my own personal opinion , today's EMPE announcement reinforced to me that their focus is on acquiring the leadership and Industry "Know How", buy voting/appointing R.Renn Rothrock,Jr. as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Empiric. The strength that I also feel that Mr. Rothrock, Jr. brings to EMPE is his many years of Industry Experience which most likely includes a long list of contacts in the Oil and Gas Industry, that will in a very short period of time add to the growing profile of EMPE. I would imagine that another asset or strength, that Mr. Rothrock, Jr. brings to EMPE is a proven ability to orchestrate equity and debt financing! ( A very important component, for companies looking for dynamic and aggresive growth!) In fact I believe that I read on the recent press release that in only the last two years he has been involved in raising $200 Million Dollars in acquisitions! The above thoughts are just my own personal opinions! My guess is that once he officially resumes his duties at Empiric ( I believe the news release stated in the next 30 days!) --then I am betting that we should see some interesting developments in EMPE in due course!
