The company has arranged a private placement of $525,000. The companyÿ will issueÿ 2,100,000ÿ unitsÿ atÿ $0.25,ÿ eachÿ consistingÿ of one share and one warrant exercisable for the issue of one additional share at $0.25ÿ inÿ the first year and at $0.30 in the second. The company expects the financing to close by the end of the first week in January 1998.
